Erin received her first scholarship! Gotta love that Sam Walton! I'm sure this will be the first of many, but it is exciting and encouraging to know that there is money out there just waiting to go to deserving kids! We are so proud of you Erin!

Mother's Day 2007

5/13/2007 The kids held a Mother's Day Tea Party for me and Grandma Sawin. It was really great! Britt had all of the kids preparing food, and she printed up menus for the event. The food was wonderful! The girls all had hats to wear, so Alexander wore one of his hats!

Eve of Avon Walk 2007 - Registration

5/4/07 Picture 3,000 women at the Kennedy Center trying to register for the Avon Walk! It was quite a crowd, but they had a ton of volunteers to process all of the walkers and crew members fairly quickly. As you can see, we are still smiling at this point...

5/5/07 We left my house at 4:45 a.m. in order to be at the Kennedy Center by 5:30. It was still dark out, and it was cold, but Erin was a happy camper!
