11/28/07 We celebrated Zoe's birthday a few days early with dinner at Tokyo Japanese Steak House! She's enjoying her green tea ice cream!

Last Football Game of the Season

11/24/07 GFHS made it to the regional playoffs but lost their 2nd game against Woodbridge HS. Brianna did a fabulous job though performing in the freezing cold!

11/22/07 Happy Thanksgiving! Joining us were Grandma Sawin, Alexander's friend Mauricio, Alexander's other friend Ross, and Ross' dad. Lots of food as usual, however not followed by a nap this year...

My 4 girls, and my 3? boys?!?! Alexander, Ross and Mauricio formed their own robotics team this year and with the state competition coming up on 11/30, I've had extra boys in my house! I've learned to have lots of food on hand!

11/21/07 We celebrated Andrea's birthday with lunch at Olive Garden! She was really excited by all of her presents!

 

Avon Walk Fundraiser @ Silver Diner

 

11/15/07 Team Pink Flamingos had a great fundraiser at Silver Diner! Grandma Sawin knitted 6 pink scarves for the team which raised $120! We raised about $600 for the Avon Walk!!

 

ACTS Operation Turkey

 

11/10/07 Once again we headed down to the ACTS Food Pantry to sort food for Operation Turkey! It's amazing how much food floats through that place. It is such a valuable resource to so many families in Prince William County! Yeah ACTS!!

PWC Regional Track Meet

10/31/07 Zoe competed in the regional middle school track meet. She ran in 2 events -- the 400 meter and the 4 by 400 relay. She did really well and is planning to try out for the track team again next year!
